Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our online Spanish coaching services.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, packages, or programs once purchased.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error or failure on our part, such as:

• A session cancelled by us and not rescheduled

• Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by our system

• Technical issues on our end that prevent delivery of the service

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue occurring. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
